07Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data: retained until you delete your account + 30 days
- Log data: retained for 90 days for security purposes
- Contact form submissions: retained for 2 years
- Anonymized analytics: retained indefinitely
After deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
08Children's Privacy
CyberGuard is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@cyberguard.io and we will delete it promptly.
09Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

- Sending an email to registered users
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
